Jacqueline Armstrong
Jacqueline attended Fanshawe College where she excelled in the photography program. Over the years she assisted in the design, construction and staging of numerous properties. Creating beautiful spaces and photographing them helped Jacqueline to combine her two passions of photography and real estate and provided a natural professional transition into the real estate photography business.

Pre-Listing Consultations
Are you getting ready to list a property?
Do you need help determining what needs to be done to help get top dollar? Book a pre-listing consultation to help determine where your efforts are best spent. Whether it be for your own property or a clients, we can give valuable advice on how to update and stage your home to ensure your home is showcase ready.
These verbal in-home consultations are a $60 flat fee. Additional fees apply if you require additional cleaning, organizing and staging support.
Photography
When you hire BRIGHT i’S you will be provided with high quality Real Estate photos of the interior and exterior of your property. With an array of cameras, lenses and equipment we are sure to capture your money shot!
iGuide
We are proud providers of the in-demand iGuide Virtual Tours complete with detailed Floorplans and room dimensions. By including this service with your listing you are able to give local as well as out of town potential buyers the true experience of walking through the property.
